Return Policy

  • Merchandise store items are made to order and are therefore, in most cases, not returnable or refundable.
  • Apparel items are standard sizing. It is your responsibility to order the size you need. If you have a question about sizing prior to ordering, use the contact link on the merchandise page for questions.
  • Items are non-returnable/non-refundable unless there is an error on the side of the merchandise store. A couple of examples:
  1. You order a size medium and it doesn’t fit. You need a large. This is not a returnable or refundable item.
  2. You order a size medium and you receive a size small. This item would be returnable for exchange as it is a merchandise store error.
  3. You order an item and when it arrives you “just don’t like it” and want to return it. This is not a returnable or refundable item.
  4. You receive an ordered item and there is a material flaw in the item (a hole, a crooked seam, one arm is longer than the other, etc.), this is a returnable or refundable item.
  5. You order a personalized item and when it comes, you just don’t like the way your name looks. This is not a returnable or refundable item.
  6. You order a personalized item and the name is not spelled as submitted on the order. This is a returnable or refundable item.

COST OF RETURN ITEMS:

Any shipping returns are the responsibility of individual employees. CCWV will not facilitate or pay for return shipping. Use the contact link on the store page to arrange for returns to the merchandise store.

While we coordinate with the merchandise store for item availability, CCWV does not manage the merchandise store or the process. It is a convenience to employees and a cost saving (as shipping to your homes is an additional charge) that the courier delivers items. It is the employee’s responsibility to follow ordering directions and use your clinic location (or for pick-ups, the location you want to use) as the delivery address.
